Accessibility of our ATMs and our information
In 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) will come into effect. It sets out the accessibility requirements that ATMs and websites, among others, must meet. Below we explain how we meet these requirements. Now and in the future.
Privacy screen
Our new ATMs have a privacy screen. This makes it virtually impossible to read the screen from a distance and from the side. In order to be alert to people trying to watch from a short distance, some ATMs have a mirror on the top.
